PhD position in Machine learning-enabled fast and hybrid mmWave beam tracking
– KU Leuven (Leuven University), Belgium –
Desirable skills/interests: signal processing, optimization, machine learning, programming & implementation skills (the applicant should be proficient in at least one or two of the skills).
Objectives: To extract multidimensional (time, frequency, space) statistics from high-resolution channel measurements; To design a low complexity mmWave hybrid beamforming antenna and a beam tracking algorithm for realistic channels using machine learning approaches.
