How to submit a pre-recorded TD presentation

TD presentations at the 2nd Post-IRACON Meeting
All speeches will happen via Microsoft TEAMS. In order to ensure the speeches will be delivered even in case of last-minute connectivity issues, ALL of them will be pre-recorded by the speakers and delivered to the organizational staff at EURACON before the event.

The pre-recorded TD presentations must be delivered by 1st February 2021, EOB.

This will provide the organizational staff minimum time to check, and store all of them.

TD presentations should be confined to 15 min to leave at least five minutes for Q&A.

Chairs will choose among the questions posted by the attendees via the chat during the presentation. Speakers, at the end of the pre-recorded video, will provide live answers.

Guidelines for pre-recordings of TD presentations for the 2nd Post-Iracon Meeting
It is suggested you record your presentation capturing both your slides and yourself presenting, besides the voice. This can be achieved in a number of ways. One option is to use a Zoom feature; you can download instructions at www.zoom.us. We prepared a short video tutorial to train towards the use of such option: please visit here.

  • Maximum file size: 200 MB
  • Format: mp4
  • Maximum Resolution: Full HD
  • Minimum Resolution: 480 pixel (height)
  • Suggested Aspect Ratio: 16 : 9 horizontal
  • Ensure your webcam does not overlap to any relevant part of your slides.

Please name your video file TD(21)14(your number) and send it using Wetransfer to c.urso@unibo.it ; the subject of the e-mail: Pre-recorded video TD(21)14(your number)
